What's the difference between L4 and L5?+
We grade work software the way the auto industry grades self-driving cars: six levels of autonomy, L0 to L5. L4 (Free, Starter): apps run on a schedule, every output gates through your approval queue - hands hover over the wheel. L5 (Pro, Scale): apps can run autonomously, outputs ship without approval - you choose which ones run hands-off and can flip any back to L4 anytime. Same platform, your choice per app.
How does Koira work with all my websites?+
You sign in to your websites once - Shopify admin, Gmail, Instagram, your booking software, whatever you use. The Koira app (free download) then drives those sites for you, the same way you would by hand, just faster and on a schedule. There's nothing to configure, no integrations to set up, no developer required. If you can log into a website, Koira can use it for you.
What is a flow slot?+
One running automation on your dashboard. Each is a self-contained flow — a blog factory, a sales sequencer, a review responder, a DM replier, a booking-waitlist filler, an invoice chaser, anything you can describe at build.koira. Each runs through the Koira app on your machine. Free: 1 flow. Starter: 5. Pro: 10. Scale: unlimited.
What does autonomous mode (L5) actually mean?+
Pro and Scale only. Specific apps publish, reply, or send without going through your approval queue. Everything else still waits in the queue. You decide which apps run autonomously and can flip the queue back on for any of them at any time. Most operators graduate workflows one at a time as trust builds.
What does the scheduling window cover?+
How far in advance you can pre-schedule app outputs. Free: 1 week. Starter + Pro: 2 weeks. Scale: 1 full month. Useful for content calendars, batch scheduling, and campaign launches that span a quarter.
Real-time triggers vs scheduled runs?+
Free + Starter run on a 15-min timer. Pro drops to 5 min. Scale gets instant webhooks - apps react the moment something happens, a new review, a new order, a customer DM, with no polling delay.
Why is Koira so much cheaper than an agency or a hire?+
An agency runs $5K-$15K/mo. A VA runs $3K-$8K. A full-time hire runs $80K+/yr. Koira does the work and asks before sending - software economics, not labor economics. Apps cover sales, support, ops, and marketing on the same platform, so you're not paying four services to do four functions.
Do I need to install the Koira app?+
Yes - the Koira app (Mac + Windows) is the runtime. It's a free download. Sign in to whatever sites you want Koira to use (Gmail, Shopify, Instagram, etc.) once; the app drives them on your behalf from then on. Your credentials stay on your machine - Koira's servers never see your passwords. The app must be running for your automations to fire, like Dropbox or any other background utility. Most operators set it to launch at startup.
What is the Koira API on Scale?+
Scale tier unlocks the Koira API - a way to trigger your flows from any other tool you use. Want a Zapier zap to kick off a Koira workflow? A button in your custom dashboard to launch a sequence? An n8n node, a script, a third-party scheduler? Scale's the tier for that. Most operators don't need it - but if you're connecting Koira into a wider automation stack, it's there.
How do I sign up?+

Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. No contracts, no lock-in. If you downgrade, your plan changes at the end of your billing cycle. Your data and app configs stay intact.
